    • Determinant Analysis related to the use in Public Health Center Ogan Ilir of Medical Injection Contraception in 2019
      Abstract:
Contraceptive injection is a way to prevent pregnancy by injection containing a liquid containing substances in the form of the hormones estrogen and progesterone or only progesterone for a certain period of time. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with the use of injection contraceptives at the Ogan Ilir Health Center in 2019. This study used an analytical survey design with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples used was 199 respondents. The results of this study show that women are of childbearing age (p = 0.005), history of contraception (p = 0.007), number of children (p = 0.015), education (p = 0.024) and occupation (p = 0.007). Multivariate analysis found that the variable with the greatest influence on the use of injection contraceptives was the variable of women of childbearing age and if this was done the order was as follows: women of reproductive age OR: 2.496 (95% CI: 1.249 - 4.986) p = 0.010, occupation OR: 2.177 ( 95% CI: 1.169 - 4.055) p = 0.014. Suggestions are that it is hoped that health workers, especially midwives, in collaboration with health agencies, conduct counseling and counseling activities to provide information on married couples risk factors for contraceptive failure so that they can determine which contraception is best for them to use.

      • The Different Means of Reintervation Infixed Prosthetics Introduction:
The dismantling of fixed prostheses may be inherent to a bad prosthetic design or then be part of a reassessment of the patient's oral situation following a change in the dental environment of the prosthesis, following a trauma for example, or simply the obsolescence of the latter. The outcome of this intervention is uncertain, and the patient must be informed of the risks involved. It must be done in the greatest comfort for the patient and preserve the integrity of the residual dental organ and the supporting tissues.

        • Use of Instagram to Calculate the Blood Groups that are more Vulnerable to COVID 19 ABSTRACT:
The tale coronavirus ailment 2019 (COVID-19) has been spreading around the world quickly and proclaimed as a pandemic by WHO. Hardly any individuals tainted by the coronavirus are getting genuinely sick, while others give next to zero indications of the manifestations, or are asymptomatic. The appropriate response may lie in an individual's blood gathering. Late explores are highlighting the way that the ABO blood gathering may assume a significant job in an individual's weakness to the infection.
Objective: The main aim of our study was to evaluate the susceptibility of COVID-19 among the study populations using instagram as a medium of gathering information.
Results: Although our results were inconsistent and reveled a low population with blood group A, but made social networking sites more useful in data collection.
Conclusion: As our study consisted of a small population, many more studies need to be done to reveal the correlation between COVID 19 and ABO system.

          • Diagnostic spectrum of Bone Marrow Aspiration in Evaluation of Haematological and Non-hematological disorders ABSTRACT:
Introduction: Peripheral smeargives much crucial diagnostic information in hematology though in many hematological and non- haematological diseases, bone marrow is required for definitive diagnosis. Bone marrow aspiration is one of the important investigations for diagnosis of pancytopenia, anemia or other hematological and non-hematological disorders. Aims and objective: The aim of this study is to know prevalence of various hematological disorders and to correlate findings of peripheral smear bone marrow aspiration and bone marrow biopsy. Materials and methods:Total 63 cases were taken for bone marrow examination. Bone marrow aspiration was performed under aseptic precautions. Slides were prepared and stained with Leishman’s stain and Giemsa stain and Prussian blue stain for Iron. Result: A total of 63 cases were included in this study. The age ranged from 11 months to 67 years. Males were 28 (44%) and females were 35(56%). In this study pancytopenia was the most common indication followed by anemia, suspected malignancy and thrombocytopenia. Conclusion: In this study, the commonest cause of pancytopenia was Megaloblastic Anemia followed by Aplastic Anemia. No infectious entity in bone marrow aspiration was observed like tuberculosis, Leishmaniasis or Kala azar except one case of Parvovirus Infection and one granulomatous inflammation.

            • The means of determining the Vertical Occlusion Dimention Introduction:
The vertical dimension is defined as "the distance between two selected anatomical or marked points (generally one on the tip of the nose and the other on the chin), one on a fixed member and the other on a mobile member (Glossary of terms used in prosthodontics, 2005). The vertical dimension is established in occlusion (DVO) and at rest (VDR). In occlusion, it is when the teeth are in intercubidation (IC). During life, changes in dentition can lead to changes in VDO (missing or incorrectly positioned teeth) and, generally, these changes cause some loss in VDO. It is therefore an accepted standard, during the manufacture of removable or fixed complete prostheses or during the rehabilitation of a partially edentulous individual with severe tooth positions, that one of the first stages of patient rehabilitation is l "Establishing a correct DVO. Different methods and techniques have been suggested to restore the original DVO or define a treatment.1,2,3 The purpose of this literature review is to summarize the methods and techniques studied from the early 1950s to the present, applicable to dentate and toothless patients.

              • Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy. Technique and considerations ABSTRACT:
Bone marrow aspiration and bone marrow biopsy are invasive procedures in which good technical skill is crucial to obtain samples suitable for processing and diagnostic interpre- tation. The type and calibre of the needle is one of the main variables of the technique, and is selected on the basis of the age, gender and body mass of the patient. This article provides a practical, step-by-step guide to the technique for both procedures. It also discusses existing techniques for reducing the pain associated with the procedure, an essential aspect for the patient that if poorly handled, can force cancellation of the procedure.
